We came here for the brunch. The decor and service are fine. There were black and gold balloons at the table for the holiday. My husband ordered the Western Omelet. It appear that the eggs were over cooked and the filling appeared to be added after the cooking. The hash browns served with the dish had green peppers in them yuk!. I had the burger, asked if it could be served with sliced pickle, the waitress said yes. It came out with a pickle spear. The burger was OK. The fries served with burger were pretty bad limp and greasy. Reviewed by Nancy M.
I love Lola's, mainly
because of the atmosphere and menu. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts
are all delicious, and the menu is fairly priced. If you've never been, I
encourage you to try Lola's during brunch on Saturday's or Sunday's - it's a
great deal with $3 mimosas/bloody mary's and a cheap but yummy brunch menu.
I'd give this place 5 stars but the manager is kind of a jerk. One time my
friend's and I came to Lola's for a nice meal after a day at the beach. We
were sitting outside enjoying our meal peacefully when the manager brought
one of the young waitresses outside and screamed at her. He was so rude and
disgusting with his words that everyone eating outside felt very
uncomfortable.
I still go to Lola's all the time but stay clear of the manager.
